What are the shipping costs?
If you live in Italy, shipping is free on all orders, which will be shipped by Express Courier to the address you indicated for delivery. Delivery times vary between 5 and 7 working days. You will still be able to monitor the status of your order via the link you will receive by email following the order confirmation. If you choose the "Cash on delivery" method, a cost of €5 + VAT will be added. If you live abroad, a contribution to the expenses will be requested which will be highlighted during the purchase procedure. Shipping contributions may vary according to the type of delivery, the quantity of products to be shipped, their volume, weight and place of destination. Please contact us for more information.
How can I buy a My Charm product online?
To make a purchase of our jewels online, access your account or, if it is your first purchase, register a new one. At this point:
- Add the product(s) you wish to purchase to your cart. (Always remember to choose the right size for you!) • Select the handbag icon, top right, and click "Proceed to checkout" to review your order in the cart.
- Select the desired quantities for each item.
- If you have a DISCOUNT CODE, enter it in the appropriate section, then click "Apply discount" and then "Proceed".
- Review your personal details and shipping address and select "Proceed".
- Select the shipping method
- Select the payment method (see the related FAQ section for more information about payments)
- Add any useful notes and confirm the purchase by clicking "Buy". An email will inform you of the order
How does the "DISCOUNT CODE" work?
The 'DISCOUNT CODE' is a promotional code that allows you to access special promotions dedicated only to you! The "DISCOUNT CODE" will be communicated to you through our Newsletter on the occasion of particular events, anniversaries or holidays. If you already have it, all you have to do is enter it in the appropriate field that you find in the cart of your order, during the purchase phase. The discount will be calculated on the total of your order and displayed automatically. Promotional codes cannot be combined with each other and only one promotional code can be used at a time. The shipment of my order is secure
Each My Charm shipment is prepared with extreme care and with particular attention to the safety of the products at every stage of transport. Our parcels are sealed to resist tampering and entrusted to the best express couriers for fast and fully tracked delivery. Inside our package you will always find:: • The jewels you purchased, inside an elegant gift package. • The guarantee certificate of the jewels you purchased. • My Charm Shopper. •The tax receipt and/or invoice of your purchase.
How can I track the shipping status of my order?
At the end of the purchase, an email will be sent to you to confirm receipt of the order. Later, when the express courier takes charge of it, you will receive a second email which will contain the tracking code from which you can monitor the status of the shipment of your order.
