How can I check the shipping status of my order?

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm receipt of your order. When the courier takes charge of the shipment, you will be sent a second email with the tracking code to monitor the progress of the delivery.

How does shipping work?

No problem. MyCharm ships worldwide with express courier. In accordance with international laws regulating import-export trade and exchanges, ALL My Charm goods are shipped from Marcianise, province of Caserta (Italy), with a receipt declaring the exact amount contained in the package in Euros. Are your jewelry covered by warranty?

Of course. All MyCharm jewels have a guarantee certificate that attests to the authenticity of the purchased product: the guarantee is valid for 24 months, nationally and/or internationally, and the times for repairs under guarantee can vary from 60 to 70 days.
